So I’m in Columbus right now with my dude who’s doing a guest spot at Sin City Tattoos on campus of Ohio State University. So far, we’re having crazy fun. I’m not used to this coldness though. It’s been so cold, my camera isn’t working right.

So far I got to dj New Jack Swing with Dj Abyss, which was cool. The crowd really gets down to everything. I was surprised as hell to see people actually dance. Guys and girls dancing.

Tonight, I’ll be djing So What Wednesdays hosted by Dj Detox and Blueprint. Everyone keeps talking about how crazy it should be getting, so I’m really looking forward to it. It started snowing like crazy this morning, so I asked if people thought that it would be abad thing for tonight, and the general reaction was a most nanchalant “nah.” Crazy. I can’t help but think that back home, people won’t go out if it starts just lightly raining.

My biggest words of advice I can give anyone right now, is get out of town for a few days, and come back home. You’ll see your city with new eyes every time. I can’t wait to get back home to finish the business I actually came out here to handle, and to put into effect the ideas that are brewing. I know Mic Skills is in L.A. today getting ready for some big show tonight as well, and says he’s got some ideas he wants to see come to life as well.

Meanwhile, when I’m not out getting work done, I’m hanging out at my boy’s tattoo shop, getting some work done while he constantly steals my phone and sends my friends prank texts. Joy.
